    The process for returns or exchanges are as follows: 1) Send an email to JanevaTyree@gmail.com with your order number, description of returned item(s), and your return tracking number for the package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 2) Once the return has been received, we will begin the refund process. Hold on to your tracking number for your records. Refunds, exchanges, and store credits will be processed within 5-7 business days.
